Nassau County:
Manhasset, Port Washington, Rosyln, Glen Head, Sea Cliff, Glen Cove, Oyster Bay, East Norwich, Muttontown, Jericho, Syosset, Woodbury, Plainview, Bethpage, Mineola, Garden City, Westbury, Hicksville, Levittown, New Hyde Park, Williston Park, Merrick, Bellmore, Wantagh

Suffolk County:
Cold Spring Harbor, Huntington, South Huntington, Greenlawn, Northport, Commack, Dix Hills, Melville

We DO NOT Service the following areas:
Queens, Floral Park, Great Neck, Hempstead, Franklin Square, Five Town’s area, Valley Stream, Lynbrook, Rockville Centre, Freeport, Long Beach, Amityville, Babylon, Lindenhurst, Deer Park, and anything east of Kings Park, Brentwood and Bayshore.

*There may be areas that cannot be serviced due to the trainers schedule and caseload.

*If you are not in our service. area, we offer virtual sessions and have limited appointments at our studio.
